Terms of Service

These Terms govern the commercial use of services offered by TTT Cube Co., Ltd. across Green Energy, Consultancy, and Education service lines.

1. Services

Services are delivered as defined in signed proposals, statements of work, training agreements, or service orders. Scope, timelines, and deliverables are contract-specific.

2. Commercial Terms

• Fees are shown in quotations or agreements and may include subscription and project pricing.
• Invoices are payable per contract terms unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• Late payments may result in service suspension where legally permitted.

3. Customer Responsibilities

• Provide accurate business and project information needed for service delivery.
• Ensure timely access to personnel, systems, and approvals where relevant.
• Use training and advisory outputs in compliance with applicable laws.

4. Intellectual Property

Pre-existing intellectual property remains with its original owner. Any licensed outputs are subject to agreement-specific terms.

5. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, total liability is limited to the amount paid for the relevant service giving rise to a claim, except where non-excludable rights apply.

6. Legal and Export Compliance

Services are provided subject to applicable laws, including export controls, sanctions rules, and any jurisdiction-specific regulatory restrictions relevant to the client engagement.
